Delivery and Returns

1. Method of Delivery

Because the services we provide are digital, no physical shipment is involved. Delivery is made electronically:

• Installation of the software on the BUYER's server or cloud environment
• Sending the license key and access details by email
• Transferring the source code to the agreed repository
• Creating and authorizing user accounts

2. Delivery Time

The delivery time is specified in the quotation according to the scope of the project. For standard license and subscription sales, delivery is completed within 3 business days at the latest following confirmation of payment. For custom development projects, the delivery schedule is set out in the project agreement.

3. Acceptance and Testing

Following delivery, the BUYER is given a testing and acceptance period for the duration specified in the quotation (10 business days by default). Defects reported within this period that fall within the scope of the agreement are fixed free of charge. If no written objection is received by the end of the period, the delivery is deemed accepted.

4. Return Conditions

Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are given for services whose performance has begun. A partial or full refund will be considered in the following cases:

• Performance of the service has not yet begun
• The delivered software does not meet the core functions committed to and this cannot be remedied within a reasonable time
• The service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the SELLER

5. Refund Process

Refund requests are submitted in writing to info@asentyazilim.com.tr. The request is reviewed within 10 business days at the latest, and the result is communicated to the BUYER. Approved refunds are made within 14 days using the same method by which the payment was made. For refunds to a credit card, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

6. Subscription Cancellation

For services offered on a monthly or annual subscription model, the BUYER may cancel the subscription by giving written notice at least 15 days before the end of the period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the fee for a period that has already been paid is not refunded.
