What is a digital catalog?

A digital catalog is software that lets you present your product and price list not as a file but as a web page that always stays current and opens in the browser through a recipient-specific link. The recipient does not need to install an app.

Why send a digital catalog instead of a PDF or Excel price list?

PDF and Excel files are copied and go stale the moment they are sent, and you cannot tell who opened them. With a digital catalog a price changes once, every link stays current, opens and views are reported, and requests are collected in one list.

Can I show a different price to each dealer?

Yes. You assign percentage discounts to customer groups, and a person in that group sees the group's price in the link sent to them. You can also show "Ask for price" instead of a price for a group.

Can it connect to my ERP or accounting software?

Yes. With an API key you can read and update products, stock and prices and advance order status; events such as new requests and orders are delivered through signed webhooks.
