General

The basics about ASENT Software, how we work and what enterprise software is. · 6 questions

Who is ASENT Software and what does it do?

ASENT Software (Asent Yazılım Hizmetleri) is an enterprise software company based in Edremit, Balıkesir, Türkiye. It builds custom software that digitizes business operations end to end, plus its own products, Asent Catalog and AsentTime.

Which solutions do you offer?

We work across eleven solution areas, including fleet tracking, cloud PBX, pre-accounting, HR, e-market automation, integration and reporting, ongoing support and DevOps, dietitian tracking, security tracking, digital catalog and appointment scheduling systems.

Which industries do you serve?

We work in fields such as transport and tourism, retail and e-commerce, wholesale, healthcare, beauty and other service businesses. Any business whose processes can be turned into software is a candidate.

Do you only work with companies in Balıkesir?

No. We are based in Edremit, Balıkesir, but serve businesses across Türkiye. Meetings and project management can be done remotely, and on-site analysis is possible when needed.

What is enterprise software?

Enterprise software is multi-user, role-based software that manages a company's processes such as sales, accounting, logistics or HR in a single system. When off-the-shelf packages fall short, it is built specifically for the business.

Should I choose a ready-made product or custom software?

If your need is common, ready-made products such as Asent Catalog or AsentTime let you start quickly. If your process has its own rules, custom software fits better. In a first conversation we listen to your needs and weigh both options with you.

Software development process

How projects move from idea to go-live. · 6 questions

How does your software development process work?

The process has five steps: discovery and analysis, solution design, development, deployment and ongoing support. We review your current processes, define the architecture and scope, build and launch the system, and keep supporting it afterwards.

What happens during discovery and analysis?

We examine your current processes on site and identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities together with you. The result is a clear needs definition that forms the basis of the solution design.

When will I see a working version during the project?

Development runs in two-week iterations, and at the end of each sprint we review a working version with you. This lets us apply your feedback before the project is finished.

Can you integrate with my existing ERP or accounting software?

Yes. Integration and reporting is one of ASENT's solution areas. Data exchange with ERP, accounting and other existing systems can be set up; the scope depends on the interfaces the other system offers and is determined during analysis.

Will data from my old system be migrated?

Data migration is planned in the deployment phase and completed together with integration testing. Which data is moved, and how, is clarified at the start of the project based on the state of your existing data.

Will my team be trained to use the new system?

Yes. User training is part of deployment. After go-live you can also send your questions through our support channels.

Products: Asent Catalog and AsentTime

Short answers about the two ready-made products we build. · 7 questions

What is Asent Catalog?

Asent Catalog is digital product catalog and price list software for wholesalers, distributors and manufacturers. You manage products in one panel, send the catalog through personal links, see who opened it and collect quote requests.

How is a digital catalog different from a PDF or Excel price list?

PDF and Excel files are copied the moment they are sent and go stale when prices change. In a digital catalog you update a price once and every link you sent shows the current version; opens and views are reported and requests are collected in one list.

How do I share the catalog with my customers?

You can send a personal link by SMS, e-mail or WhatsApp, or use a QR code at fairs and in stores. Links can be time-limited and revoked at any time. Recipients do not need to download an app.

Can I see who opened the catalog, and can I take quotes and orders?

Yes. Link opens and viewed products are reported. Customers build a quote list from the catalog and send a request; requests are gathered in the panel and can be turned into orders with one tap.

What is AsentTime and who is it for?

AsentTime is appointment scheduling software for businesses that work by appointment, such as beauty centers, clinics, dietitians and gyms. It brings online booking, staff, services and payments into a single panel.

What features does AsentTime offer?

It offers an online booking page, automatic SMS and e-mail reminders, staff shift and commission tracking, multi-branch management, and revenue and occupancy reports. Which features come with which plan is listed on the product's own website.

How much do Asent Catalog and AsentTime cost?

Current prices and plans are published on each product's own website: catalog.asentyazilim.com.tr and asenttime.com. Because prices can change, we do not list amounts on this page.

Pricing and contract

What to know about quotes, scope and agreements. · 5 questions

How is custom software priced?

Custom software projects are priced by quote, based on scope. After listening to your needs we clarify the scope and give you a written proposal. There is no fixed price list.

Is the first meeting paid or binding?

The initial consultation is free and carries no binding commitment. Its purpose is to understand your need and weigh the right approach together.

What happens if the project scope changes later?

Requirements can change over time. Working in iterations lets us handle changes through regular feedback. The effect of a scope change on time and cost is clarified in the contract.

Who owns the source code and the software?

Source code and intellectual property terms can vary by project and are clarified in the contract. We recommend discussing this openly in the first meeting.

How do I get a quote?

Fill in the contact form, call us or send an e-mail. A short description of your need is enough, and our team will get back to you.

Support, security and data

Support after go-live, personal data and how to reach us. · 5 questions

Do you provide support after go-live?

Yes. Ongoing support is the last step of our process: SLA-based support and 24/7 monitoring aim to keep the system running without interruption. Support scope and response times are clarified in the contract.

How is my personal data protected under KVKK?

Personal data is processed under Türkiye's Law No. 6698 (KVKK). What data is processed and why, your rights and how to apply are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice on our website.

How do backups and system monitoring work?

Backup and monitoring arrangements are planned for each project's infrastructure and defined in the contract as part of the support scope. We can discuss the details for your project in the first meeting.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us by phone (+90 850 307 07 87), e-mail (info@asentyazilim.com.tr) or the contact form on this site. Our office is in Edremit, Balıkesir.
