Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: "processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "processing is necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation", and "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject".

Your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers, such as the email infrastructure and security verification (captcha) providers we use, solely for the purposes stated above. Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained after the purpose of processing has ceased, for the duration of the limitation periods prescribed by the relevant legislation; once that period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

• To object to an outcome against you resulting from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
